Noel Tuffy worked miracles and saved us a ton of money on a short-notice repair of our rental car. We backed into a cement pole & busted the left lamp & put a hefty dent in the back left bumper. We showed up (unannounced) at 6pm at Noel's shop, just to see what he thought we might be charged by our rental company for the damages. He said he could probably fix it. Then we told him we were returning the car in 2 days. Figuring he'd be better than the rental company's insurance company, we decided to give it a go- having low expectations. Our jaws hit the ground when he returned the car to us 3 hours later the next day after we dropped it off & it was as good as new. He replaced the broken lamp in about 20 minutes the following day & we headed back to Dublin airport to return our car. We had no problems at all with the return. The cost was hundreds less than what the insurance company would have charged. To say we are thrilled is an understatement. So thanks from the Yanks, Noel!
